How do I prep my lips for application?
Beginning your prep with hydrated lips not only feels great, but also extends a lipstick's wear.
Gucci suggests that if you have dryness, use a washcloth with warm water to gently exfoliate the lips. This trick is a great step for brighter or super-pigmented shades.
Otherwise, Gucci likes to use a touch of a lighter, neutral Squeaky Clean Liquid Lip Balm shade and dab on a touch with her finger. Applying you favorite clear lip balm works too, but the key is just a little! This helps your lips not feel bone dry or too shiny/glossy.
Can I apply Lip Suede Matte Lipstick on my cheeks or lids?
Lip Suede Matte Lipstick can be applied on the cheeks, but cannot be applied on the eye area.

We’ve substituted the use of silicones with a plant derived emollient oil blend that gives a velvety, cushiony ease to the formula. The products’ springy, suede texture is achieved with ingredients like sunflower seed and candelilla waxes.
